Desk clerk was very friendly. Enjoyed the popcorn. Was happy there was a cold refrigerator in the room. My son Appreciated the recliner in the room so he could sleep without laying down. Loved the double shower heads and the big quality bath towels. Appreciated the quick breakfast. Booked online for a very affordable rate on short notice as we decided to leave Riverton Thursday early evening, so we didn't have to drive in the dark Friday morning to be at a medical procedure at 7AM Would definitely stay there again!

West Casper location was excellent for our route. (We were retracing the Oregon Trail.) The service provided was straightforward, no nonsense, which I appreciate. The room was clean and comfortable, but not pretentious. The motel does not pretend to be high-end luxury, but the amenities are just right for the money. Breakfast was simple but generous, and the dining area was spacious and clean. Staff were attentive and responsive. Super 8 Casper West is exactly what the frugal, value-minded traveler seeks.

The motel is in a great location, pretty quiet and near to many restaurants. shops and tourist attractions easy to reach and with a Walmart 3 minutes away by car. The staff were super-friendly and very helpful. The room was a little small but perfectly OK for a couple of nights. There was a guest laundry and the continental breakfast had plenty of choice. Refill packs of coffee were available for the in-room machine. The queen bed was comfortable.

To be honest this was a fantastic hotel especially given the price. We had been on vacation for over two weeks from England, staying at a variety of hotels. At the moment, there are problems everywhere with lack of staff and shortage of supplies however this didn't impact on mighty Super 8. Great staff, nice welcome, great breakfast....whats not to like. I recommend you go there as they deliver, where others fail. Great hotel.

(I had been in charge of travel arrangements and simply chose the hotel closest to our friends house) He was VERY surprised and pleased at how very clean and nice the room was, and the staff is SO nice! We live in Denver and this was like being on another planet, so refreshing!
